Technician Conduct

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

We offer AMC packages for various appliances. Terms for AMC such as visit frequency, coverage, and exclusions will be shared separately and must be agreed upon in writing.

All estimates provided before service are indicative and based on the issue described.
Final service charges may vary depending on actual diagnostics performed by our technician.
We reserve the right to change the price post inspection.

We accept UPI, cash, online transfers, and other modes as available.
No refunds are issued once a repair job is completed successfully.
Advance charges, if any, are non-refundable in case of service cancellation. Customers will be informed before proceeding.

We offer doorstep service where possible.
Service timelines may vary due to location, part availability, or technician schedules.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including appliance failure, data loss, or business interruption.

Warranty & Liability

We provide limited service warranties based on the nature of work done (if applicable).
Warranty terms will be communicated before service confirmation.
We are not liable for pre-existing issues or failures due to poor maintenance or unauthorized third-party repairs.
Damage due to power fluctuation, misuse, or natural causes is not covered under any warranty.

Our website content, images, and blogs are created by our in-house team and enhanced using AI tools to improve readability and performance.
Blogs include technical tips, service info, and educational content created by or inspired by real technicians.
